  • Are all your food products Gluten Free?
    Yes all our products are gluten free and Coeliac safe.
  • Why is it important to buy new kitchenware?
    If you are newly diagnosed or have been living with coeliac disease a long time then you want to ensure certain items in your kitchen are coeliac safe. Although the product itself is gf that does not mean it will stay that way if used with a gluten product. Hot water alone is not guaranteed to remove the gluten. Having separate items in the kitchen like chopping boards and the toaster bags ensure the chance of cross contamination is greatly reduced.
  • Why are your kitchen essentials bright colours?
    Over the years we have learned that if the item is bright coloured it stands out more and the other household members who are not coeliac know not to use it and it reduces the chances of cross contamination.
  • What is coeliac disease?
    Coeliac Disease is an autoimmune disease that is triggered by ingesting gluten. If a person who is diagnosed with coeliac disease eats gluten (wheat, rye, oats and barley), their immune system attacks and damages the small intestine.
