Exploring Gluten Free began through the desire to educate everyone about Coeliac Disease and how best to cater for someone with Coeliac Disease. I realized family and friends want to do the right thing but they are unsure how and don't realize a crumb can have such a big effect on someone with Coeliac Disease.

 

We are a family of Coeliac's and non Coeliac's my daughter and I have coeliac disease, my husband and son do not have coeliac disease. They eat gluten bread and pasta but the cross contamination can be managed and that is where we come in. We want to show you how best to live in a mixed household or how your family and friends can help you live a healthy crumb free life.
